MIN Malang 1 has many partnership and mutual friendship program of local, national, and international scale, such as:

• A mutual friendship program with Comboyne Public School Hill, New South Wales, Australia and Seaford Primary School, Australia.

• Sectoral cooperation with Goverment Institute (Depag, Diknas, etc), LPTK and Society Self-Supporting Institute to support teaching-learing program.

• Non formal cooperation with certain side/organization to support MIN Malang 1 big events, such as Travel Service, Vacation Bus, Photo and Video Editing, etc.

To improve the quality in management, curricullumm, and the other programs, MIN Malang 1 also held an Integrated Program of Madrasah Cooperation with:
